River To Rails Jamboree
General Information
When is the River To Rails Jamboree?
The River To Rails Jamboree is July 18th and 19th, 2025. Come as early as July 17th and stay through the 20th. Check out is July, 21st, 11:00am.
Where is the Jamboree?
In historic Avery, Idaho. This beautiful little town is in Northern Idaho, just south of Wallace and east of St. Maries.
Is camping available?
We will have dry camping available in a large open area, just south of town, right on the banks of the beautiful St. Joe River. You will be lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the river. Wildlife galore. Bring your fishing pole! Fishing licenses are available just down the street.
Each camping space will be $35 for the entire event, no matter the size of your rig.
The camping area is the central hub for the event. It will be the location for the Western BBQ Dinner, live entertainment and the prize give-a-ways.
What is the cost?
The cost for everything, (except camping) is $119 per adult.
Kids, 10 to 14 years of age are $25. Kids 9 and under are free.
The registration fee includes the organized rides, the Western BBQ Dinner, the Pancake Breakfast, Live Entertainment and more.
Camping is $35 per camping spot, for the entire event.
Space is limited! If you wish to come, please register early. Registration opens December 2nd. And sorry, transfers and credits only, no refunds.
I have a group of people coming. How can we all ride together?
No problem at all. Everyone can ride together on all organized rides. We set them up like a Fun Run.
How many activities can I do at the River To Rails Jamboree?
Your registration covers all the activities at Rally In The Pines. Make sure to visit the Information Station upon your arrival to the Jamboree Base Camp for all the details. Get ready for a fun time!!
Camping Is Available At The Jamboree!
It is dry camping. There will be porta potties and dumpsters available. Sorry, no showers and no campfires of any kind in the camping area.
What's for dinner at The River To Rails Jamboree?
At the jamboree we will have the Western BBQ Dinner on Saturday night, featuring BBQ sandwiches and all the fixins.
Yes, Dinner and the live entertainment is included.
We will also have a pancake breakfast Friday morning that is included with your registration!
Is my dog welcome at The River To Rails Jamboree?
Yes, your dog is very welcome at The River To Rails Jamboree and on the rides. We ask that your dog be on a leash and no dogs are allowed in the Jamboree Pavilion area. (Where the food is served)
Please clean up after your dog. Your dog must be in control at all times. For everyone's sake at the Jamboree, any dogs that bark constantly, their owners will be asked to leave the event.
Do I need to register my ATV or Side X Side in the State Of Idaho?
The law in Idaho has just changed and everyone now must have a valid Idaho registration sticker on their machine. If you do not have a valid Idaho registration sticker, they are $12. Here is a link to order your sticker from: https://idahostateparks.reserveamerica.com/purchaseprivilege.page
Are Helmets Required?
Helmets are required for all passengers 17 years of age and younger.

Can I change names on my registration?
Yes, you can make one name change on your registration up to June 1st at 5:00pm mt. You can change a driver, passengers or an additional drivers name. This change must be done by email, from the email given on the registration. The Jamboree Board Of Directors must approve all name changes on registrations in advance. Please submit all proposed name changes for 2025 by email by 6/1/25. After we receive your email, we will email you back with a link to a "Name Change Form" that you must fill out and submit. After we receive your filled out Name Change Form, we will email you a confirmation of the new name on your registration. WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY NAME CHANGES AFTER JUNE 1st.
Please note: We can add an email to our email list, but we can never change an email address on a registration. Everything is done on your registration using the email you give when you register. Please put a valid email that you will have until the event on your registration.
All rules, schedules, policies and activities are subject to change. River To Rails Jamboree reserves the right to refuse event admission or expulsion from the event at the Board of Directors or organizers discretion.
And sorry, no refunds. We can do transfers and credits.
